hi Splinterlands Lovers

Hello friends! How are you all? I hope you are all doing well. I am doing well too. Today I am back with a new Splinterlands post. Today I came across a card with a very low mana cost so I thought I would review it and tell you all about its abilities and stats. I will also share my thoughts on whether this card is worth using for just two mana.

The name of this card is Daigendark Surveyor. It is a Water Splinter card and belongs to the Gnome bloodline. Its mana cost is only two which means we can easily use it in low mana battles. I also found its health quite impressive for a two mana card. I will tell you more about its health and other stats below. Apart from its stats this card also has three interesting abilities which I will discuss one by one.

Card Stats

First of all I will tell you about this card's stats. At max level its stats are as follows. Its mana cost is 2. Its attack is 0. Its speed is 5. Its armor is 0 and its health is 9.

The best thing about this card is that it has 9 health for only two mana. Its speed is also quite good at 5 which makes it pretty fast. However it has no attack and no armor. This means it cannot normally attack enemies on its own. It also has no armor to protect itself from incoming attacks. Well I think this is about as much as we can expect from a card with such a low mana cost.

First Ability – Magic Reflect

Now let's talk about its first ability which is Magic Reflect. With this ability whenever an enemy monster deals magic damage to this card Daigendark Surveyor reflects some of that damage back to the attacker. This ability is very useful against magic attacks because the enemy may also receive damage when attacking this card. I really like this ability because it can be quite useful for a card that costs only two mana.

Second Ability – Slow

Its second ability is S

low. I think this is an amazing ability. With Slow the speed of all enemy monsters is reduced by one point. This gives our team's monsters a better chance of attacking first. This is beneficial because we get an opportunity to attack the enemies before they attack us and hopefully defeat them sooner. I really like this ability as well because reducing the speed of the entire enemy team can give us an advantage in battle.

Third Ability – Stun

Now let's talk about its third ability which is Stun. When a monster with this ability hits its target there is a 50% chance that it will stun the enemy. If the enemy gets stunned it will skip its next turn. This gives our team an opportunity to attack without having to worry about that enemy attacking during its skipped turn.

However since this monster card has no attack it may need an effect that allows it to attack in order to benefit from Stun. Otherwise this ability will not normally be triggered by this card itself.

Best Position

Now let's talk about the best position for this card. In my opinion it is better to place this card in the third or fourth position behind a strong tank and near our attackers. I think this is a good position for it because it can provide support to our team through its abilities while staying away from the frontline.

Its health is quite good but it still has no armor. That is why I would not recommend placing it in the first position. The third or fourth position seems much better for this card.

Weaknesses

Now let's talk about its weaknesses. The biggest weakness of Daigendark Surveyor is that it has no attack. It cannot normally deal damage on its own and it cannot benefit from its Stun ability without being able to attack.

Another weakness is that it has no armor. This means melee and ranged attackers can directly damage its health. Although its abilities are useful it still has some limitations because it cannot attack on its own.

My Personal Opinion

Personally I found this card quite interesting. Its abilities are pretty good for a card that costs only two mana but I think its stats could have been better. Even if it had just one attack it would have been much better. Unfortunately it has no attack at all which means it cannot attack on its own.

Apart from that its abilities are quite good. Its health is also impressive and its speed is pretty good too. Overall I think this is a decent card for two mana. It has some useful abilities but its lack of attack holds it back. If I had to rate this card out of ten I would give it 7/10.

So guys that was my Splinterlands post for today. I hope you all enjoyed it. If you liked this review then please let me know in the comments section. And if I made any mistakes or said anything incorrect about this card then feel free to correct me in the comments. As always thank you so much for your support. Thank you so much for reading. Bye bye!

That's all for today, I will be back soon with something new to share. Until then, stay happy and keep supporting.
