Martha told her companions that all of you would visit the total areas present in your respective areas.During this tour, you have to identify and prepare a list of highly skilled artisans from that area. After combined this list and another list, we will make a final list and mark the last selected artisans.
Martha is the head of an NGO, and she has involved about 300 volunteers in this NGO. Their NGO seeks out skilled and semi-skilled artisans from rural and urban areas and provides them a platform and promotes their work.
Martha and her team have been doing this work for more than 10 years. Due to this work, there has been immense progress in the economic condition of unskilled, skilled, and semi-skilled artisans in rural and urban areas. Martha has a lot of respect in these areas.
One of their members was travelling in an area where he felt sad for the people because they had no employment, no means of irrigation, no pure water to drink, and no land. conditions of the people there were to die of hunger and poverty.
This member immediately informed Martha about their condition. Martha asked if any one of them knew how to do any work. The member said no, they are all fully untrained, but as a human being, I pray to you that they can be provided employment opportunities by getting them trained by our skilled craftsmen team members available with us. Otherwise, they are all on the verge of dying.
Martha, accepting the request of this member, first started training 50 completely untrained women and men of that village with her skilled craftsmen, and in a span of 2 months, those 50 people became moderately trained and able to live their lives, after then Other villagers were also trained, and the whole village was saved from starvation.
