In this way, after collecting the sample from the laboratory, if found substandard, or adulterated, the concerned seller and manufacturer are prosecuted in a special court, in this case, there is a provision of punishment from 6 months to 10 years.
Ever since the makers of these adulterated items are being punished by the court, they have stopped adulteration in food items.
