This is a very old incident, I was going to the head office of my department with my government vehicle and its driver to attend one of my government work and a meeting, we were to be given some publicity materials and some equipment etc. from there.
The government vehicle was quite large and there was enough space in the rear to bring goods etc. The day we were to leave for the journey, a friend of mine requested me that he and his wife also have to go there and there they have to take part in some engagement program and come back with us the next day. There was a lot of space in the vehicle and anyone was getting along in the journey, I did not refuse him.
Our journey to go was completed very well. My friend's wife had brought many dishes prepared from home, we ate these dishes with great pleasure on the way. The journey was very fun, it did not seem that we were going for any government work.
On reaching the headquarters, I dropped them at their destination and me and the driver went to do our work and have a meeting. Everything was going very well, my meeting also ended well. The driver had also received promotional materials and kept them in the vehicle. We took a rest in the rest house for some time and then informed our friend to return. He too had attended his function and was waiting for my call.
We started the return journey, the return journey was not so much fun, everyone was traveling peacefully, after about 200 km, the driver said, let's eat food in the hotel on the way, everyone was feeling hungry.
Therefore, accepting his request, we got the vehicle stopped at a restaurant on the way. We were all sitting at the dinner table sitting in the restaurant that the driver said that he will come after parking the vehicle properly because it is not visible from here, there are many valuables kept in it and this area is not safe.
Our vehicle was standing in the back of another vehicle, the driver started to take it out and then a truck was coming from the other side at a very high speed, its headlight fell on the driver's eyes and the driver panicked. Frightened, the driver put his foot on the speed again instead of the brake and at a horrific speed collided with the truck standing there ahead.
There was no physical harm to anyone due to this accident, but the vehicle was heavily damaged, and the driver was terrified. We informed the police about this incident and sent the vehicle to the workshop along with the driver to get it repaired but this accident spoiled our whole mood and Accidentally we took a lot of trouble to return
