True friends

🌞We all like to have friendships; that is one of our needs as humans. We are all social by nature. It's a way to socialize with others, to have friendships. Even for many people, it is a source of pride to have many friends. But it turns out that not everyone we call friends is really friends, and there is no word to define those people who are more than acquaintances or companions, but who don't really become true friends. Because real friends are not everybody. And I think that today, in our society, the word friend is too normalized. We tend to say "work friend", "childhood friend", "school friend" or "university friend", "social network friend", as if it were easy to find a real friend.

🌞Circumstantial friends are those we know and with whom we share the same activities, such as friends from school, college, university, sports activities or work. They are only our friends because we are living the same circumstances and that unites us. But once those circumstances pass, the friendship ends. So, they were never really our friends, they were acquaintances and companions. Of course, there is the possibility that on this road we may meet a true friend, one who transcends the circumstances and always maintains the friendship with us.

🌞Interested friends, these are never lacking and I believe that almost all of us have had these friends. They are those who are with us for an interest, for a benefit, to obtain something from us, because our friendship is convenient for them. They are very flattering, but when they see that they can no longer obtain a benefit, they quickly move away. These false friends usually speak badly behind our backs.

🌞Needy friends are those who are lonely and disengaged, and they look to us to spend time with someone and not get bored. But the moment they get something to do with their lives or a partner, they move away and no longer communicate. However, when something goes wrong in their life, they quickly look for us again.

🌞Imposed friends are all the friends of our friends who impose them on us by having get-togethers or parties to invite us and their other friends, forming a large group. But we don't always have good chemistry with them, although we still have to deal with them.

🌞A true friend is one who unites affection and is there through thick and thin. We share great bonds of brotherhood and remain in communication despite the circumstances and the time that has passed. We can philosophize, tell each other our secrets and advise each other. Because a true friend is like seeing our own reflection in the mirror, and if one suffers, the other cries because he wants to see his brother always well. They love us, whether we have money or not, whether we are healthy or not. When you meet a true friend, you feel it in your soul because you love, respect and admire him. True friends do not judge, they help and we only recognize them because a true friend cries with us when we fail and celebrates with us our successes.
