This is Bakwan , it is a popular food in Indonesia and it is made from bananas and flour, then cooked in cooking oil so that it is cooked like the fried bananas that I posted in this post, there are different ways different people here love to prepare it , but basically all you need to prepare it is to just cut the banana into pieces and mix it with flour and then fry it.
Bakwan is also a food made from flour and vegetables after which it is put into a mold and then placed in or cooked with cooking oil.
