Borobudur

Borobudur temple is now still used as a place of pilgrimage, religious, every year Buddhists who come from all over Indonesia and abroad gather in Borobudur to conduct joint religious activities.

According to historical evidence of Indonesia, Borobudur temple was abandoned in the 14th century due to the weakening of Hindu and Buddhist kingdoms on the island of Java.
