I try to keep myself fit always and also giving training to my children so that she can keep fit herself always. I give training everyday but when she want to take i don't force at all. Today i have decided to show you a Yoga Asana which is tough to do in starting time but after regular practice it becomes easy and it is known as Shirshasna. You can see how my daughter is practicing it in her bed just below. She took 7 days to learn this asna and now she is doing everytime everywhere.
However she is unable to keep both hand just below the head this time but very soon she will learn it.
This Yoga asna has multiple benefits in perspective of health and blood circulation. If a person do this everyday at least 5 minutes then he/she will not have any brain problem and they could have sharp mind. This asna increase the memory power also. It is good for male and female but as per Yoga guru ladies should not do this during their menstruations.
Always try to be fit mentally and physically ..
