Chicken curry and white steamed rice is a popular combination of a food dish in India just after Steamed rice and pulses soup. I have some photos of chicken and rice and want to share here, Last Sunday i had this in my lunch. It was cooked in home by my brother in law. He has cooked it nicely with semi gravy and much spicy.
He gives much time to fry the chicken properly, usually chicken dish can be ready within 30 minutes but he gives around 1 hour.
The dish you have seen above is not only popular in India but also popular in Bangladesh and Pakistan. Perhaps in Srilanka also.
