It was totally bad day for me in spite of Sunday because I was not fit to walk much hence spent time in bed rest fully. Actually weather is changing here to winter hence there was problem in by today However I have controlled it and today walking more than yesterday.
I am feeling little uncomfortable because I have score less than 3K steps but it is my routine to share hence sharing.
