Some days ago we were on the way to my village to attend a marriage ceremony and for a short period we decided to eat something near a railway station known as Dhanbad junction. We were searching something fresh and hot then saw the decent food which popular with Litti Chokha.
The onion cut pieces with garlic, ginger and lime juice makes the litti tasty. The Chokha is a preparation of roasted and mashed up of tomato and potato with green chilli.
Litti is made up by whole wheat flour and roasted gram flour.
People generally eat this litti with Indian ghee (cheese). Inspite of hot season we ate it hotty and said tasty. However my cute daughter said not good lol 🤣.

It is food which is available in India (eaat and north provinces) and in some province of Nepal also.
