Ingredients
Oil 3/4 cup
Onions 2 big (sliced)
Mutton half kg
Gg paste 2 tbsp
Garam masalas (cumin seeds, black pepper, cloves, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon sticks, black and green cardamom, fennel seeds and coriander seeds) quantity mentioned in video.
Salt 2tbsp
Black pepper powder half tbsp
Black pepper crushed half tbsp
Green chilli paste 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder half tsp
Brown onions
Coriander leaves
Rice 2 cups
Kewra water 1 tsp
Food color 1 tsp
Method
In a wok pan, add oil, sliced onions and all sabut garam masalas. Stir fry then add mutton. Now add gg paste, salt, both black peppers. Saute for 2 mins then add water and cover the lid. Cook for 1 hour and let the meat tender. Once it cooks, add green chilli paste, rice, water accordingly and garam masala powder.
Once the water dries sprinkle kewra water, food color, brown onions and coriander leaves. Cook on low flame for 20 mins! Its ready.
