The theme for this week left me unsettled when I saw the SPS DAO theme. I was already working on this character before and I shoved it aside. When however I saw other entries from the past few days I went back to this and finished it up.
The bright wings that Adelade has always been a source of inspiration but the references I see don't always match my imagination.
Then I saw this one that is right in the middle. A perfect expression of what I was expecting. I did the needful, filled in the lineart, added depths and highlights and soon had my character.
