It is a man-made choice.
People choose to become who they want to be.
They may have their reasons for choosing cruelty, and we cannot judge them.
But cruelty is bad.
You only know the extent of cruelty when you are at the receiving end.
People learn ways, methods of how to be cruel.
Some people derive joy in being cruel.
Don't be cruel, it is not a good thing.
