False information can be misleading, I guess that is the intention for falsifying the fact.

I know folks who are very good in falsifying situations and fact.
They spend so much time falsifying, trying to arrange the procedures and all.
Precious time that should go into something reasonable.
Where there is a false information, there cannot be progress.
