Five Minute Freewrite: Is this a partnership?

Miguel was a very quiet and reserved person. His parents were average citizens, and as such, they could only provide for their immediate family. While Mason was the complete opposite of Miguel, their only similarity was that both parents were average citizens.

They both enjoy each other's company, and this grew with each passing time. Mason got admission into the university before Miguel. However, this was not the end of their friendship as they both tried their best to stay in touch.

After graduating, Mason brought a business proposal, and Miguel asked, " Is this a partnership or what?. Eventually, Mason was able to give Miguel a tour of the school, and their friendship remains till today.
