Again today I want to show how I made a men's beach shorts, with fabric of a different colored design, with pockets and an elastic waist.
There are also men who buy their fabrics to their liking, and have their clothing made, they are few but there are. I say this because it is a neighbor who asked me the favor of making him these beach shorts and he himself went to the store and bought this fabric that caught his attention a lot, because of its colors between green, brown and yellow.
**My materials:
Printed cloth.
Elastic.
20cm closure.
Magic closure.
Other pants pattern.
I place the fabric on the table and place the pattern or shorts, and mark to remove the front and back. Also, I cut the pockets on the sides at once, one that goes in the back, and another that goes on the right side. I also cut the waistband that I am going to sew separately.
I start by gluing the closure and then the pockets that go on the sides, the ones that go inside.
I also put the waistband on the front part, to put together the shorts.
Before closing the pants, I glue the pocket on the back by placing its lid and magic closure. Then I close the shorts only on one side, on the side where I am going to sew the pocket, to make it easier for me to sew on the machine.
Once I have all these parts ready, I proceed to close the shorts, leaving space where I am going to place the waistband in the back. I sew the waistband and then insert the elastic, and adapt it to the desired width.
I'm joining the front and back waistband parts, and I pass an overseam around the edge. I also made an overseam in the middle of the elastic, for a better fit.
Almost the short is ready, I end up making its hem, and making a flap to then glue the button. I sewed the button on the machine once.
Now this beautiful beach short is ready, in bright colors, not only to go to the beach, but also for any day, since it is very casual to use and very fresh.

Saludos a todos los hiver´s que hacen vida diariamente en esta bella plataforma, deseandoles esten muy saludables.
Nuevamente hoy quiero mostrar como hice un short playero para caballero, con tela de un diseño de diferentes colores, con sus bolsillos y elastica en la cintura.
Tambien hay hombres que compran sus telas a sus gustos, y mandan hacer sus prendas de vestir, son pocos pero los hay. Lo digo porque es un vecino quien me pidió el favor de hacerle este short playero y él mismo fué a la tienda y compró esta tela que le llamo mucho su atención, por sus colores entre verde,marron y amarillo.
**Mis materiales:
Tela estampada.
Elastica.
Cierre de 20cm.
Cierre mágico.
Patrón de otro pantalón.
Coloco la tela en la mesa y ubico el patron o bermuda, y marco para sacar la parte del frente y trasera. También, corto de una vez los bolsillos de los lados, uno que va en la parte trasera, y otro que va de un lado derecho. Tambien corto la pretina que voy a coser por separado.
Empiezo pegando el cierre y luego los bolsillos que van de los lados, los que van por dentro.
Tambien le puse la pretina en la parte del frente, para ir armando el short.
Antes de cerrar el pantalón, le pego el bolsillo en la parte trasera colocandole su tapa y cierre mágico. Entonces cierro el short solamente de un sólo lado, del lado dpnde voy a coser el bolsillo, para que se me haga más fácil, coser en la máquina.
Una vez teniendo todas estas partes listo, procedo a cerrar el short, dejando espacio donde voy a colocar la pretina en la parte trasera. Coso la pretina y luego introduzco la elastica, y la adaptado al ancho deseado.
Voy uniendo las partes de la pretina del frente y trasera, y paso una sobre costura por todo el borde. Igualmente le hice una sobre costura en la parte del medio de la elastica, para mejor ajuste.
Ya casi el short listo, termino haciendole su ruedo, y haciendo un hojal para luego pegar el botón. El botón lo cosí en la maquina de una vez.
Ahora si listo este bello short playero, de colores llamativos, no sólo para ir a la playa, sino tambien para cualquier día, ya que es muy casual su uso y muy fresco.
