This morning I thought that principles govern our lives, our plans and actions. Probably, in this world there will not be a person who would not have his own personal landmarks, even the simplest ones.

I have three basic principles that I have been following for a very long time. I think that the realization of this in many ways changed my life for the better.

1. Be attentive.

Remember the phrase that the Devil is in the details? So it really works. Attention is the channel through which all processes and our life as a whole flow.

2. Do not cease to be surprised.

The world is huge and amazing. Right now we are flying on a piece of huge stone, through space and time, and a huge piece of fire in the sky illuminates our path. How can you not be surprised?!☺️

3. Be kinder.

Not "eco friendly", not tactful, not more restrained, namely, kinder. I have already written about toxic relationships here before, so you already knew my position)

At the end of 2018 a few more points were added to the basic principles. We can say that they are somehow related to Buddhism. Of course, they bring me some inconvenience, but what is this principle if you refuse it for short-term gain? I do not want to look for easy ways.

1. If possible, follow the path of non-violence.
2. To develop their leading skills and qualities for the benefit of living beings (people also belong to this list)
3. Do not lie and gossip. Totally.
I tried on for a long time, because somewhere you are still silent on the information, somewhere you are cunning or embellishing the news.

At first I practiced a month without lies, then six months. Now I have become accustomed to living this way and now very rarely I dissemble. Yes, and others have already reconciled.

4. "Shit less".

It is in this wording.
This is not to save our planet, not to fight for the oceans. And elementary shit less around. To take out the garbage, to monitor the hygiene of the world, to refuse packages, choosing instead cotton bags and a lot of all such trifles. There is progress!

And what is your list of principles that underlie the organization of your life? Tell me about it! I'm really very curious.
