My father is a painter and our whole house is really artistic, our walls are coloured differently, we have paintings and canvases all around, all sort of sculptures...
My father also collects old things, old keys, money, interesting furniture, toys - he fixes them and gives them a sense of something modern, but of course he keeps a lot from their original look. My mother sometimes says we live in a chaos, but my father always says it is a creative chaos. :-)
This summer, he and my mum started decorating our yard. All those photos were taken by me, since that is the only thing I can do in the garden, I don't really know much about decorating.
On this picture you can see this wonderful table, somebody actually threw it away and my father found it on the street! He cleaned it and coloured it and at the end - added this upper panel.
This is an old lantern that my father inherited from his grandparents, he just sprayed it with some gold colour and this is a result!
This is our door. This little ornament was also found lying on the street. With a fresh colour, it looks like this!
This is a regular flowerpot, it is big and purple - so it was interesting even like this. But, my father added these little pink stones so it is even more beautiful now!
