10,000 VND for 1 banh mi trung. That's like $0.44 USD for a 6 inch egg sandwich! It's got cucumber, cilantro, hot sauce, omelette, a bit of pork, and crispy fried onions.
This cart is right outside a construction site and is always busy in the morning. She cranks out the sandwiches so fast! This is about as close to a drive through as you get in Hanoi. She also serves sticky rice with egg, but I don't usually get that.
