Be Happy Always

Do you know that you can not buy happiness with money?... This remind me of a story.. Its a brief one anyways.
The last time I went home during the festive period, I went to visit an old man (about 75yrs old) whose children are no longer at home with him. He lost his wife 6yrs ago. His siblings who are supposed to take care of him see him as a burden. When I asked him how he copes, he smiled at me. I was wondering why he smiled.
Guess what? He told me that there is no reason why he shouldn't be happy after realizing that he has spent so many years on earth without good food, proper medical check up and extensive care from his children. And then he barely fall sick, he is still strong and can do moderate farm work to sustain himself. So considering how poor he his and still remain healthy made him feel happy always.
I want to conclude with this, no one owe u happiness therefore no one should take your happiness away.. The earlier you discover what makes you happy the better it will be.
