I went to pick up some sand for my cacti few days ago. There is that natural woodland not very far away and closed to the ocean. That means lots of sand, wind, pines and poor soil for plants to grow. Some plants anyway. My cacti love it! The more stones and sand the better. And of course I took my camera with me... you never know what you will find right.
And besides the very freaky mushroom I found an old pine cone with lichens growing from it!
I just thought it looked so cool! Would be even cooler if it was a mushrooms :p
Not this time though.
I am not quite sure if this is the same type. They have the same pale blue/grey colour and size. But one looks like a lettuce and other one like coral :p
It always amazes me how they can just pop anywhere!
