This is day two of #inktober for me.
I had some many ideas for this one and started to draw different things, but I my skills are not good enough to show what I means. I wanted to show dark thoughts at first... with some open brains and stuff like that. But it just looked lie one big mess.
Then I had some dark clouds and rain... but meh.. I didnt like it.
And then it hit me.....
What is scarier and darker than some creepy forest you have to walk though...
Of course I started with some trees shapes leaving a little gap in the middle for a very misleading path.
Added a lost little human (to make sure the trees look really huge and old) and some creepy crowns staring. All the eyes on her... brrr
Then to the background. Damn, I start to nail those layers! And I dunno how could I live without them before. Brilliant thing!
So the background - dark and gloomy is a must!
Time to colour those trees. Add more crows! And some dry grasses and stuff. Only essentials thing for any creepy forest :)
And voila :)
