Dugouts! Again it is! In Nepotyagovo it is concentrated along the outskirts of the street. Vegetable stores stand here on both sides of the road.
I noticed them a long time ago and immediately recognized this type of structure.
Triangular roofs are not to be confused with anything!
In recent years, dugouts have become a kind of excitement for me, as if you go looking for mushrooms.
They are not easy to find on the map and it is not always possible to find them in reality.
But when I find them, especially if the meeting with them is not planned, then it causes strong emotions.
And all because it is an endangered type of structures used in everyday life by man.
Even if there are places where they are still in working condition, then this is not for long.
People are not building new dugouts anywhere.
First, it may now be illegal.
And secondly, now almost no one stores vegetables and rarely does anyone make canned preparations for the winter. Everything can be bought in the store.
This is all left over from the times when there was nothing in stores and you could only grow something in your garden.
Although in my hometown the opposite is true: the number of dugouts has increased, but all the gardens around the house have disappeared.
Maybe someday I will write about this paradox, but now about the dugouts in Nepotyagovo.
Here they are the most common type: when the house is placed over the pit.
I prefer dugouts when the entrance is from the side of the slope / hill.
But such as in Nepotyagovo are also interesting in their triangular shape and they need to be captured.
On one side of the road they stand in one row, and on the opposite side of the dugout they are already arranged in three rows!
