Leskovo is a settlement and the center of the former Leskovsky rural settlement in the Vologda district of the Vologda region. Vologda is 15 km away. Residents – 600+ people.
From the very first steps I felt that it was good here, and from the first photo I realized that I was wrong...
– Eh! You! Who are you? – came from the bushes of the neighboring house...I'm silent.
A man's voice does not stop:
– Hey, do you hear me? What are you doing there, eh!.... – I stand and take pictures in silence.
I think I'll finish the shot, come up, explain who I am and what I'm doing. But while I was filming, a sober young man passed by me in the direction of that drunken male voice.
– Do you know who is this? – the drunk man asked the sober one.
– A photographer, taking pictures, – the young man replied.
– Okay, why now??? – the drunk was perplexed.
But while I was taking pictures, no one approached me like that, the perplexities subsided and with that my desire to explain something to someone subsided. I just took a picture and moved on.
There are disadvantages to long exposures from a tripod: it attracts attention at least by its appearance.
During the next frame, I also had to have a conversation with a man smoking on the balcony of the second floor.
He was interested in how my hobby happens so late and why it's still not my job.
In general, Leskovo has quite cozy courtyards.
I didn't find any dugouts here. I warn you right away. Maybe someone was waiting.
The village is very small and stands on the A114 Vologda–Saint Petersburg highway.
There are no height differences and water bodies.
There is a private sector and suburban communities.
There is a school and a kindergarten.
There are cozy settlements, but they are similar to the city in atmosphere.
And there are also good ones for comfort, but the atmospheric code is closer to the village.
Leskovo is closer to the village.
