The Vodniki microdistrict is located in the Riverside part of Vologda, not far from the Vologda River, in the North-East of the city.
There are a couple of blocks with dilapidated wooden two-story apartment buildings here.
Of all the years that I have lived in Vologda, I have been postponing a walk here for as long as possible.
I've been coming here for three years!
And I came when absolutely all the places in the city were completed.
And I came here at the best time, when there was frost on the street and there was hoarfrost on the trees.
Ideal conditions for such places simply do not exist, as that.
This is the case when all my expectations and anticipations were justified with a vengeance.
These quarters are the most atmospheric.
Of course, this reminds me of something. For example, the Maletino microdistrict in the city of Krasavino.
The frost was not strong, but the feeling from the environment caused strong emotions.
Where can I look for such places now? After all, they are no longer in Vologda ...
I went through everything.
There are options on the outskirts, but it's far and expensive.
And I want to capture and, most importantly, feel as many of these places as possible.
I will repeat it with pleasure: this is the most justified place according to expectations!
I walked here with incredible pleasure.
