Tutorial for making a simple and cute sweater pattern with a combination print

En este miércoles de costura les quiero compartir una idea de diseño para realizar un hermoso y tierno suéter hecho con tela de algodón en un tono rojo intenso, en combinación con una tela de rib para darle un hermoso y delicado contraste a cuello, puños de mangas y cintura. Es un modelo bastante sencillo de hacer siguiendo los patrones para la talla de 0 a 3 meses estoy segura les quedara un lindo trabajo que muy bien les puede servir para emprender, regalar o para uso personal. On this Sewing Wednesday, I want to share with you a design idea for making a beautiful and cute sweater made from bright red cotton fabric, combined with ribbing to give a beautiful and delicate contrast to the collar, cuffs, and waistband. It is a fairly simple model to make, following the patterns for sizes 0 to 3 months. I am sure you will end up with a beautiful piece that you can use for your own projects, as a gift, or for personal use. Inicie este proyecto colocando mi patron sobre la tela, en este caso use la parte delantera, trasera y mangas, una vez hecho esto procedo a sujetar con alfiler y cortar, en este caso no dejo margen de costura porque ya el patron lo tiene agregado.

Start this project by placing my pattern on the fabric. In this case, I used the front, back, and sleeves. Once this is done, I proceed to pin and cut. In this case, I do not leave a seam allowance because it is already added to the pattern.

Seguidamente cosemos los hombros con recta y luego con zig zag, luego sujetamos las mangas y las cosemos tambien de la misma manera. Hecho esto cortamos las tiras en tela de rib que serán los puños, el cuello y la cintura, para saber la medida solo debemos medir el contorno al suéter que tenemos cosido y le restamos 2 a 3 centímetros. Cuando tengamos esto lo cosemos al suéter y luego terminamos cerrando los costados.

Next, sew the shoulders with a straight stitch and then a zigzag stitch, then attach the sleeves and sew them in the same way. Once this is done, cut the ribbing strips that will be used for the cuffs, collar, and waistband. To determine the measurements, simply measure the circumference of the sweater you have sewn and subtract 2 to 3 centimeters. When we have this, we sew it to the sweater and then finish by closing the sides.

Por último tomamos nuestra calcomanía, la sacamos del envoltorio y con cuidado planchamos por unos minutos hasta que podamos retirarle el plástico o papel protector que esta trae, y nos quedaría de esta manera, como hecho de fabrica.

Finally, we take our decal, remove it from its packaging, and carefully iron it for a few minutes until we can remove the protective plastic or paper backing. It will then look like this, as if it were factory-made.

Listo de esta manera he terminado con este proyecto como es un hermoso y coqueto suéter básico con un estampado muy llamativo hecho en casa, una buena opción a la hora de personalizar o darle ese toque llamativo a nuestras confecciones.
