Hello signs of life, I’m very happy to see you!

It will forever amaze me how something can survive under all that snow, ice and in frozen solid ground only to spring back(eh eh) every spring like it’s nothing.

I feel like for us northern humans life is kinda like for the nature outside too; we go into hibernation for the winter and as soon as the sun starts to feel warm on the skin again, we thaw and come back to life.

I for one looove the sun and I’m happy when those first freckles come back to my cheeks in the spring.

While I’m hoping to thaw my bare legs in the sun, it’ll be quite a while until that I think since there is plenty of snow in the ground and the rivers are partly frozen still too.
