School’s done and I have a paper saying I’ve succesfully completed my basic degree in photography. Two years of school, most of it messed up by the pandemic bullshit, but I learned a lot and made a couple friends.
I have been doing photography for over ten years already, self taught, then I learned more in school, and the learning will never ever stop. I really love and am hungry to learn when it’s a subject I’m really into.
We didn’t have any fancy ceremonies or anything, just coffee and cake today with the classmates and our teacher. One schoolfriend who didn’t graduate yet brought us all a rose which was really sweet of her.
People often pose with roses for their cheesy graduation photos, so I decided to do my own version of that. As a fresh-off-the-school-bench photographer, I had to do something more artistic to commemorate the occasion.
