Exactly RIGHT!
SMALLER: anything larger than your monkeysphere imposes stress. Too much stress causes irrational thought and actions. Extreme stress causes death. Cities are TOO big..they drive people INSANE.
CONSENSUAL: if you have to enforce the rules...you have the WRONG rules. Unanimous acceptance prevents bad things from happening. If you don't LIKE the rules...move.
DECENTRALIZED: widely distributed, highly parrallel, HUGELY redundant is my favorite thing. Why have choke points? Why have single points of failure? Instead of a network have a MESH.
