If it does not adhere to ZAP..then it's not.
ZAP is the acronym for the Zero Aggression Principle
that means NOT initiating force or have a proxy initiate for for you.

That does NOT mean pacifist.
pacifists are typically socialsist and depend on force from the STATE.
