From climbing La Z mountain in San Cristobal, Tachira state in Venezuela to climbing Mała Czantoria mountain in Ustron, Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic. We were about an hour and a half from home, so we decided to start our trip early in the morning since we wanted to enjoy a lot there and later return home. I want you to feel on this trip with me, so I tell you how we set off and of course I was the big DJ hahaha and road watcher while my traveling companion was very attentive driving.

Finally after 1 hour and a half, we arrived in Ustron and we needed to park the car, there we paid 20 zlotys to park for the whole day, which is about 4 dollars, or you can also pay 2 zlotys for 30 minutes or 4 zlotys for 1 hour, but we were going to climb the mountain, so of course it would be all day. Then we went back to the car to put inside the paper that the machine gave us and now we were going to go for a walk in Ustron.

We needed energy to climb the mountain, so we decided first to go to eat in a really delicious restaurant called Naleśnikarnia Delicje (which I recommend), so first we went there but on the way I was taking some pictures, you can't imagine how happy I was, it's my first time living the autumn, since in Venezuela we only have two seasons, so of course I wanted to take a picture of our feet on top of the maple leaves.

Also on the way, we passed by the river, there were many people there, walking their dogs, sitting on the benches or lying down on some deckchairs there to relax or even riding a bike, no doubt, you spend a nice time in this place, but we were looking for the restaurant because we were very hungry. We also passed by a children's park, then a park where there were many wooden sculptures which were quite interesting to me.

And finally we arrived at the restaurant, I didn't know what to order, since the menu was in Polish and I am just starting to learn it, so I asked Pawel to recommend me something, and then I decided to order the American panqueca, which as you can see, was filled with ham, cheese, corn, paprika, lettuce and a delicious sauce on top, but only half a portion since a full one is too much for me. Pawel also ordered half of the American panqueca and half of the Mexican panqueca, which of course had beans, ground beef, cheese and salsa. I tried both and the truth is that they were both equally delicious, and to go with it we ordered lime juice which was also very tasty because it was quite sour haha and it made my mouth water just remembering it.

We finished our meal and asked for the bill, which was 83 zlotys, or approximately 16.5 dollars. Now after paying, we went straight to climb the mountain, but before doing so, I recommend that you bring plenty of water. We took a big bottle for both of us and we finished the whole thing. Then, on the way, we saw yellow and white signs on some trees telling us that we were on the mountain route.

It was getting quite cold in Ustron, but as we were climbing up it was getting warmer, so at this point we decided to take off our sweaters and wrap them around our waists. We saw a lot of nice houses on the road, also some people passing by in cars or walking like us and of course all the beautiful nature. I don't remember when we stopped seeing road and now it was only dirt road, so already here I felt in San Cristobal, it's nice that in one way or another I feel at home, so yes, Poland I love it and sometimes I asked Pawel to take some pictures of me while we were walking.

On the way some people greeted us, some said: dzień dobry (good morning) and others cześć (hello). And in some parts the road was wet, so we climbed carefully, so yes, our shoes ended up a bit dirty but it's ok, it's part of the walk, but good thing we weren't wearing new shoes hahaha. Oh I forgot to tell you that we also saw some people picking mushrooms, apparently there are many edible ones there, I only took pictures of some that were on the trees and looked interesting.

After seeing many trees on the way, we finally reached the mountain mała czantoria after about 1 hour and 30 minutes walking from the restaurant, very tired of course, so we just sat down to rest for a couple of minutes. Up there there were many other people also relaxing like us. And after several minutes resting, Pawel asked me if I wanted to go up to the other mountain Czantoria Wielka which as you can see is about an hour more walking and which is right on the border between the Czech Republic and Poland, but really my legs were not giving more, and we still had to go back, so I said no, since it was already too much exercise for me who had a long time being sedentary, deep down I felt that he didn't want to either hahaha.

But we decided to go a little further up to the mountain cable car to cut the way back, and the ticket here cost 20 zlotys per person, but we paid at the bottom, that is, at the end of the ride, so we just waited for a seat to come and got on one quickly, then we started our way back. I was just a little nervous up here because as you see they were open seats, but it was pretty cool this trip, and here we put our sweaters back on because it was starting to get cold again. Finally we were downstairs, paid our tickets and in another hour walk, we were in the car, heading back to Sosnowiec.

I really loved this trip, and I hope to come back soon, but this time if climbing up to the border mountain or even in winter when there is snow maybe. No doubt this is a great plan that made me love Poland more. I still remember a week ago I was getting off a plane at the John Paul II airport in Krakow. I hope you liked this ride as much as I did and soon I will be showing you more of my adventures in Poland, for now I say goodbye and wish you all a great week!
