Sure, it’s nice to be positively motivated. Yet even if you lack the motivation, you still have the ability to act.
You have the power to still do it, even if you're not motivated to do what must be done. Yes, of course, it's true that feelings are powerful but you, as a person, is even more powerful than what you feel.
No time to waste; get up and do what must be done, anyways.
