I would like to state that one of the major reasons why many Africans are poor is our belief that magic works will certainly create money. I would want us to answer these following questions:
Aliko Dangote Nigerian billionnaire

How many bottles of anoiting water did Dangote drink to make him rich?
How many delieverance section did Jim Ovia attended that turned him into the owner of Zenith Bank?

Some Nigerians spend weeks on the mountain praying for financial breakthrough without knowing what to do to be rich, they just want to be rich anyhow. It doesn't work that way.
How potential billionaire prays.
Dear Lord, Nigeria's has numerous problems like electricity, bad roads, poor health care system, our youths are been
sold into slavery(as was reported in Lybia and other places in the world) because they are unemployed, Lord i need new ideas on how to provide solutions to some these problems and link me to the right persons to make it happen. Thank you Lord. God will definitely download creative ideas into your size of head thats if it can carry it. As Nigerians we like praying so well that we forgot that the bible said faith (prayer) without works are dead.
I am sorry to say this, most of us Nigerians came into steemit with the same mind set. We are all looking for what we can grab(earned) not what we can give or contribute. I learnt that as a person, that is why i had to change my mind set by pioneering the birth of 'edusteem project'. So i can be a solution to Nigeria's numerous problems by helping the less privileged ones in the society that cannot afford educational materials. We help to provide these materials to students. Thereby, adding value and promoting the Steem blockchain.
What are the secrets
The major secret of billionnaires is their willingness to provide solutions to the challenges of humans and adding value to their community. The solutions they created gave them a lot of money.
Presently, Bill Gates has embarked on the search for renewable energy spending millions of dollars.
But what are we Nigerians and our leaders doing?
Practically nothing. By the time Bill Gates gets a breakthrough and becomes number one player in the electricity industry. Peoples response then will be, he is lucky. Why arent we lucky?
Forgetting he didnt pray for financial breakthrough but rather found a solution to a global menance.
What solution to a problem are you providing to the community that you belong to?
What are the wealthy looking for
The Wealthy dont really look for money but rather provide solutions to problems and money follows suit.
The likes of Lary Page and Sergey Brin discovered things with more speed on the internet in other to help humanity and got billions of dollars. Dangote is doing the same thing ceating our own country made products and is making billions. Mark Zuckerberg created a socializing platform and has made over 70 billion dollars. The owners/founders of steem blockchain Ned Scott and Dan Larimer created this platform for you and I to make money and they surely are making billions.
