For the longest time, I believed that if I couldn’t do everything, there was no point doing anything.
But this week taught me something different.
Starting again doesn’t always begin with a big breakthrough.Sometimes it begins with making your bed.
Replying to one message. Eating a proper meal. Taking a short walk.
Little by little, those ordinary moments help you find your rhythm again.
So today, I wasn’t trying to have a “productive day.”
I was simply trying to show up for myself. And that was enough.
