A beautiful sunny day after a heavy snowfall. While the northern half of the Logarska Valley is still sunny and inviting, the southern part is already in the shadow, cast by the high mountains.
I am running towards the mountains, uphill on a slippery road. Here is where the road ends and the path begins.
At Logarski kot I turn around and head back.
Is this enough fresh snow for you?
The play of shadow, light, and clouds is amazing.
As I run to the north I play catch with the shadow line.
Cross country skiing tracks are being prepared for the visitors.

It was a slow run uphill and a steady pace downhill with a lot of stopping and taking photos. Some of it was on slippery snow and ice which was covering the road.

The clouds played catch too.
The run - good eleven killometers with 200 meters of climb. To reach the monthly goal of 7 K per day I need 8.1 kilometer tommorow. Easy :)
