ervin-lemark just finished a 14.5km run, that lasted for 91 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 872.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
This was the first tempo run of the current training plan. 4 x 10 minutes with 5 minutes jog and 15 minutes of warmup and cooldown. One hour and a half in total.
You can see the result above. Tempo sections weren't really quick. The pace was well above target pace for the marathon. The second repetition was especially slow. No wonder since I was bushwhacking through high grass most of it.
The run took me to the forest by the river Sava with gravel roads and forest trails with lots of fallen trees, muddy pools, narrow paths and bush and grass and thorns. It was fun but it wasn't quick.
Still, the overall experience was great. It was another step toward the goals in autumn.
As for the overall condition, these three metrics sum it quite well.
Tomorrow, the needed rest will come in the form of a long run. Two and a half hours in the hills, easy running and hiking with many a climb. It will be slow and pleasant.
Have a great Sunday.
better and better
