Motovilc, or (grammatically correct) motovilec, is lamb's lettuce or corn salad in English, they say.
Well, today's afternoon run was for motovilc, this one.
5 K from home to my father's garden, pick up a bag of motilvc, already lovingly prepared by my father, stuff it in the small backpack, run back home, all at a leisurely pace.
The garden itself is in a tip-top shape for an early spring. Strawberries ready ...
... vines cut as they should be ...
... some flowers already in bloom ...
On the way home I passed this field, somewhat bigger than the garden.
I don't like monocultures. nature is variety and abundance, it is not uniform and dull.
The last photo, a fancy sign. What does it mean to you?
Oh, the ps: some experts say it will be rainy tomorrow and some snowfall next week. I don't believe them.
Have a great weekend with your loved ones.
