I bet that was scary! It's great that you have that kind of trust in your children, it means you raised them well. I'm SO much more careful about advice. Crypto taught me that. During the boom-years (2016-2019) many of the people I tried to help with advice ended up blaming me when their fortunes took a turn for the worse as a result of their own bad decisions (either selling too soon, or too late). That urge to help is a tough trait to curb sometimes but I keep my mouth zipped these days, especially when it comes to financial advice.
