... restaurant called Tori Ramen. They’ve barely been open for two years and are already going out of business at the end of August. Unfortunately I just found them a few months ago after watching the documentary entitled, "Ramen Heads." We’ll certainly miss having them around. They make the best ramen I’ve had anywhere. Today I ordered the Vegetarian Shoyu that consisted of: seasonal vegetables, beansprouts, burdock, seaweed, fermented mushrooms, scallion oil, sesame, and green onion. Words just can't even describe how good this is so it's probably best I don't try. The coconut porter complimented it well and was like the icing on the cake. I'll just bask in the afterglow for a while.
