Hallo steemians, in today's post I will share a brief writings about the importance of rest.

Man is a creature of the most perfect in the world, beat perfection perfection owned by Angel. Humans have intellect extraordinary mind and continues to evolve with the passing of time. Humans do not just live in this earth but man continues to look for the hidden science and study it to be shared by others in the hope that science could also be useful for many people. Humans also have the nature of lust or desire a particular major e.g. want to get a higher position in the company or would like to have a body which luxury, these traits that make humans continue to work day and night for realizing his dream that many of us and sometimes it forgets the nature we as human beings are not the angels don't need a break. We as human beings must be aware, that we desperately need such thing breaks. Enough rest will rejuvenate our mind back, and the success that we achieved with our own struggle is indeed very sweet and give satisfaction for ourselves, but what's the point when we come to the end of the spear the success of that during the time we wake up day and night but could not in enjoy it perfectly, because we enjoyed it with a body just lying on the bed. A short break in my opinion not necessarily imply we are always in the world of work but create schedules for we can break with the holiday one example so that we could live with a balanced. Body and mind also need to rest against the work.
Hopefully we can enjoy the success that we have very long with a fertilizer with a State that is still healthy.
