John Wick is an action movie that slightly changed the way wee see this type of movies, with its beautiful cinematography, excellent choreography, and a decent story, it managed to raise a large number of fans and thanks to that, Keanu Reeves shone again on the big screen after many years, and also became the new Chuck Norris of the internet.
But when does this saga become ridiculous?
John Wick 2 exploded with all the action that left the first, further expanding that universe of the character of Keanu Reeves where in each block of his city there is a professional hitman, where in several countries there are venues where you can hire such hitmen, almost to the edge of the absurd, but we must not let that take away the excitement of enjoying fights and shooting with excellent shots, and well made choreographies.
This year a third installment of the film arrived in theaters, where the action stands out much more, and the story becomes more and more threshed, but there is no doubt that it was a success at the box office and the fourth installment is more than confirmed due to that end that the film had.
What will they show us in the fourth part that we have not seen in the previous three films?
For me it only becomes more boring what they do, and it worries a little that it becomes just an over-exploited action franchise that continues to take itself seriously, probably the action of the fourth installment will double, or triple, making John Wick an immortal character, a hero that no longer makes sense in the world where his story is written, exaggerated and repetitive, similar to what happens with every Fast and Furious movie that appears in the cinema every two years, and that only makes us beg to make it stop.
