¡Hola comunidad!
Hace días compre unas herramientas para moldear y gramos de arcilla blanca, quería probar este material ya que no consigo en venta por ningún lado porcelanicrón, intenté hacer una figura de worry stone, he visto que algunos lo han hecho, yo tengo mis dudas ya que me parece que podría quebrarse al manipularlo, pienso más bien que este material es para otras piezas más elaboradas, talladas a mano. Es un material muy distinto a la masa flexible y de verdad hay que tener paciencia para crear una figura sin que presente grietas, se quiebre o de pronto por exceso de agua termine siendo imposible de moldear.
Mi pieza quedó secando, creo que tendré que hacer una segunda publicación para su terminado pues ahora es que le falta por hacer. También quiero saber cuantos días o por cuanto tiempo seca completamente.
Mientras... les presento mi primera experiencia.

A few days ago I bought some modelling tools and some white clay; I wanted to try this material as I can’t find Porcelanicrón for sale anywhere. I tried making a worry stone figurine – I’ve seen others do it – but I have my doubts as it seems to me it might break when handled. I actually think this material is better suited to more elaborate, hand-carved pieces. It’s a very different material to modelling clay, and you really do need patience to create a figure without it cracking, breaking or, if you add too much water, becoming impossible to mould.
My piece is currently drying; I think I’ll have to do a second post to show the finished result, as there’s still work to be done on it. I’d also like to know how many days or how long it takes to dry completely.
In the meantime… here’s my first attempt.

Primero prefiero armar el llavero, corto una tira de de cordón piel de serpiente de aproximadamente 10 centímetros, quemo las puntas, aplico un poco de pegamento y luego lo cierro y ajusto con el caimán. Esta forma de llavero es más económica y fácil de hacer.

First, I prefer to make the key ring: I cut a strip of snakeskin cord about 10 centimetres long, singe the ends, apply a little glue, and then close it and secure it with the alligator clip. This type of key ring is cheaper and easier to make.

Moldeo una bolita que luego aplasto un poco, hundo un poco la parte inferior, para pegar cada pieza adicional siempre debemos hidratar la masa y hacerle algunos cortesitos para que adhiera bien.
Luego doy forma para hacer las orejitas.
Agrego un par de pelotitas para hacer la nariz del gatito.
Con las puntas redondas realizo los detalles de las patitas y la nariz.

I shape a small ball, which I then flatten slightly, pressing the bottom in a little. To stick each additional piece on, we must always moisten the dough and make a few small cuts in it so that it adheres properly.
Then I shape the little ears.
I add a couple of small balls to make the kitten’s nose.
Using the round tips, I add the details to the paws and the nose.

Realizo una colita y la pego en el cuerpo del gato.
La pieza está terminada, recomiendan que la dejemos secar en una bolsa para que conserve la humedad y seque de apoco, esto evitará que se agriete.
Al cabo de unas 6 horas revisé la pieza y está un poco más sólida, cambió a un color más blanco. Sin embargo aun no es recomendable pintarla, además es necesario lijar un poco la porosidad.
