What's Wrong With The "My Analytics" Feature On My PeakD Channel?

Now and then I click onto "Account Actions" on the dashboard of my PeakD channel, and then I click onto "My Analytics" to find out how much viewer traffic I've been getting on my articles. Then another screen appears that describes itself as the "[a]nalytics cockpit for your Hive account."

Well, not too long ago, I went into the "My Analytics" feature and instead of getting the feedback I was seeking, I got error readings and no data at all in the places where it was normally supposed to appear on that particular screen. As you have probably already guessed, I was not happy about it.

It is bad enough that the Hiveblocks.com node has been down for maintenance. I don't think I've been able to retrieve that website in over a year. Now we've lost the "My Analytics" feature, or at least I have lost it.

If anyone is still able to retrieve data about their viewer traffic from their "My Analytics" feature, I'd be interested in knowing about it if you could leave me information about it in the comments section below. In that case, perhaps it would merely take an easy fix for me to get it back. If nobody is able to pull up their data on that feature, then we all need to make enough noise about it so that somebody who knows how to fix it will do so. Let's keep our platform shining with success as the woman below conveys.

Everything else on the PeakD website seems to be working just fine. Sometimes whenever I do a search, I get error readings for no reason at all inasmuch as I end up finding what I'm looking for anyhow.

I cannot complain that my PeakD channel has more features than my Hive-Blog channel does and that those features work much more reliably than the fewer features I have on my Hive-Blog channel. I haven't really delved into the technical features on Ecency. Perhaps if I tried to pull the data from the "My Analytics" on my Ecency channel, I'd have success. Then again, I first have to find out whether my Ecency channel has such a feature.
