On several occasions, I've come across videos on YouTube from evangelical influencers that have insisted that reincarnation is something that Satan fools people into believing. The problem I have with that contention is that it could not be possible inasmuch as there are no such things as Satan and demons except in storybook fairy tales.

If demons actually did exist, I would have to say that they are likely greedy, selfish hedge-fund managers that work on Wall Street and engage in unscrupulous activities against those that are less fortunate than them. Otherwise, their existence is no more credible than that of goblins or leprechauns.

I take no shame nor fear in denying the existence of Hell, because there have even been church ministers that agree with me. Take the example of the late Bishop Carlton Pearson. He was a Pentecostal megachurch pastor who eventually abandoned his belief in the existence of Hell and eternal damnation. There are likely other church ministers like him out there who have shared his contention.

Science simply doesn't support the existence of a place of eternal torture and endless damnation. Speaking to religious extremists who refuse to believe otherwise about Hell is like trying to hold an intelligent conversation with a flat Earther. It doesn't go anywhere, and nothing gets resolved.

1. 聽Scientists' Contention About An Afterlife Devoid Of A Lake Of Fire

There is a YouTube channel named Cosmo Max. On that same channel, you can find a video in which scientists draw different conclusions about why our consciousness never dies. Interestingly enough, not one of them supports the existence of a place of eternal regret and endless burning. Here is the video below.

Scientists Provide Their Feedback Regarding Life After Death Without A Devil Or Hellfire

It is nice to think that we all may live forever. It is much nicer to think that none of us have anything to worry about with respect to spending an eternity burning in Hell in the afterlife merely because we overslept one Sunday instead of going to church.

How would Hell even be a possibility? Never mind what the Bible states. Believers in the existence of Hell will argue that such a place can be found in the core of our Earth. Really?

Then these same believers will stress that once your soul is there, you can never escape it. Okay. So then why are demons able to enter and exit Hell, if that is so? Do they have some kind of special abilities that allow them to circumvent the so-called confines of such a horrendous place?

One major detail that these religious extremists leave out is the question of intelligent extraterrestrial life. I am not someone who attends UFO conventions or worries about little green men teleporting me up into a flying saucer while I'm taking a late night walk in my neighborhood. However, at the same time, I realize that because of the billions of stars and planets, there has to be some kind of intelligent life out there in the cosmos.

If an extraterrestrial living on a planet 400 light years away from Earth should die, and he or she has not gotten good with God, so to speak, what would happen to that person's soul then? Is it going to travel 400 light years across the universe to end up inside the core of the Earth?

To make such a claim that Hell is inside the core of our Earth is equally as idiotic and intellectually bankrupt as concluding that our planet is the center of the universe. Science disposed of that argument years ago. Therefore, all evidence points to the fact that there could be no such place as Hell.

Whoever invented the concept of Hell had to have been severely deluded insofar as that person belonged in an institution for the criminally insane. Such a place is an old wives' tale that is fear-mongering in nature and predatory at best.

I'm an agnostic rather than an atheist. Therefore, I'm not ruling out that there could be a divine power watching over us and influencing the course of events. However, nobody can talk me into believing that an actual Hell exists. Such a contention is way too nefarious for any intelligent individual to give it any kind of credence.

2. 聽Final Thoughts

After reading my article, we're all going to go back to our lives and go on believing whatever we chose to do so. In any event, I always feel certain optimism that my food for thought herein may have enlightened at least one person or two on the topic of the afterlife.

Theists have held us hostage to the idea of a devil's kingdom for way too long. We need to trust the science instead of evangelical teachings on this subject matter, because we don't want to spend our lives worrying about what could happen to us after we die.

There is no devil with a pitchfork waiting for us in the afterlife. Do I believe in astral projection? I believe that it may be possible. However, I only believe that the reasons for its existence are purely scientific rather than anything supernatural. I have no use for superstition.

Astral projection would be valuable for conducting foreign counterintelligence investigations. If the Monroe Institute has existed for years to teach people how to master the art of astral projection and no government agency has shut it down for consumer fraud, then there has to be some truth to the existence of astral projection.

Nonetheless, I refuse to believe that there are demonic creatures lurking around down way below us in the Earth. Such nonsense is something that perhaps would seem real in a horror flick. It's not something that realists should trust.

Now I used to be a Christian at one time, and the thought of Hell used to scare me. However, I grew up and realized that once we die, our nervous system dies with us. Therefore, it would be impossible for us to suffer an eternal pain from endless burning, if it would not be scientifically possible for us to feel it. Chew on that for a while, any of you Bible thumpers out there that are reading my article.

Join me in my mission. I'm your Spaceship Captain reporting to you.馃槂
