While I was eating lunch, I was watching a video on a YouTube channel named "Tragic Reality." It was a video in response to another video that a Jett Franzen had posted on YouTube about whether or not to have kids. YouTuber Tragic Reality was very critical of what Mr. Franzen stated in his video insofar as I had to see it for myself to find out what all the fuss was about. Below is that same video.
Jett Franzen Insists That Everyone Should Become A Parent No Matter What Their Financial Circumstances Are
After watching the video above, I saw the wisdom of YouTuber Tragic Reality's backlash in his video in which he calls out Mr. Franzen on his obviously magical thinking. Becoming a parent is not a decision that anyone should enter into lightly, although Mr. Franzen thinks it's something to do on a whim and on the spur of the moment.
Now, either Mr. Franzen converted from anti-natalism to Mormonism or he has been melting his brains out upon watching all the puritanical drivel that gets spewed at the public on The Daily Wire podcast. He's definitely not grounded in reality, to say the least.
The biggest elephant in the room here pertaining to Mr. Franzen's video above that even YouTuber Tragic Reality overlooks is that Mr. Franzen has this one misconception that a man has one foot in the grave upon reaching 50 years of age. Now, I completely get it. Mr. Franzen is only 22 years old, and it probably frustrates him whenever he sees an attractive woman his age in the arms of a 50- or 60-something-year-old man who has money falling out of his pockets.
Nevertheless, Mr. Franzen obviously doesn't know Generation X as well as he thinks he does. There's nothing odd or bizarre about a Gen-Xer going into a singles bar or a nightclub. Oprah Winfrey once told her audience that she discovered that someone is considered to be a kid in Japan until that person is 52 years of age.
If Mr. Franzen watched some of these red-pill channels on YouTube, he'd see that men over 50 years old are living it up with their feet firmly down on the gas pedal. There is a gentleman named Matt Cross who is in his mid-fifties and has a YouTube channel named "The33Secrets," and he hardly looks ready for the old folks' home.
It's not unusual for a man over 50 years old to travel to Eastern Europe or Asia to wed a woman Mr. Franzen's age or even younger and start a family with her. Mr. Franzen needs to get out of his basement and see the real world rather than the one that he has obviously been living inside his cyber world. He probably has the same preconceived notions about the Millennial Generation. He doesn't like the fact that the men in that generation have an edge over him.
If Mr. Franzen contends that someone over 50 years old can jump into a time machine and travel back to their twenties, get married, and start a family, then he has to believe in the block universe and agree with astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson about the possibility of time travel into our past. Unfortunately, such a feat may never be possible in our lifetime.
Mr. Franzen insists that people should breed children, even when they cannot afford to raise them. Mr. Franzen? If you're reading my article, I hate to inform you that recent welfare cuts are making such a goal financially impossible. Not that I think that it's a good idea for someone on welfare to breed a child into that way of life. It's not fair to the child.
I don't know what Mr. Franzen's opinions are about entitlement programs in the United States. However, if he believes that anyone who wishes not to have kids is selfish, he needs to live in the poorest area of Pakistan for a whole year and I can be rest assured that he would be eating his own words.
Anyhow, let's go ahead and listen to what YouTuber Tragic Reality has to say about Mr. Franzen's video. YouTuber Tragic Reality's video is below.
YouTuber Tragic Reality Socks It To Jett Franzen In His Response To His Video
This YouTuber Tragic Reality knows his stuff. All you have to do is look at the comments section to his video, and most everyone that posted there agrees with the contents of this video. On the other hand, Mr. Franzen got a load of backlash in the comments section to his video above. Those facts should tell you something about which one of the two men occupy the higher ground.
The topic of whether people should breed children is much more elaborate than Mr. Franzen cares to realize. A couple could enjoy each other's company. The young woman has an unplanned pregnancy. They want to get married. Everyone in their family is on board with it. However, it turns out that the young man and the young woman are each on opposite sides of the legal age line, and the law simply wouldn't have it regardless of how much better off everyone will be if the authorities stay out of the matter.
The United States has the most upside-down statutory-rape laws in the world, and it is contributing to the decline of the birth rate and the increase of children growing up in poverty. If a father has to serve time behind bars on a frivolous and malicious statutory-rape conviction, once he gets out of prison and he marries the mother of his child, you can be rest assured that such a family will be struggling on an income of $11,000 a year.
That's the good old land of milk and honey for you. Not even defrocked journalist Chris Hansen can deny the facts.
Could times have gotten so bad here in the United States that most Americans have lost touch with reality? My philosophy about deciding whether or not to become a parent is that if you can't feed them, then you shouldn't breed them.
If you're struggling financially, you're barely keeping a roof over your head in all probability. If that scenario describes your living situation, then chances are that you live in a place that is too small for raising children. Before you even think about kids, you have to have a girlfriend or a wife; and she's probably crammed in that one tiny studio apartment in which you are living.
If you're living with roommates, trust me that you're not going to be starting a family. That movie Three Men And A Baby was funny, but it's not a realistic scenario in the real world.
Otherwise, you're living at home with your parents. In that case, your parents probably won't like the idea of you raising a baby under their roof. Isn't it funny how American parents of adult children pressure their adult children to give them grandchildren, but, at the same time, they don't want their adult children raising their grandchildren under their roof? I guess that parents of adult children simply can't have their cake and eat it too.
With the way that the middle class is shrinking in the United States and the way that the world has turned into a much more violent and dangerous place, it gets me thinking about the song in the video below. If you haven't heard it before, definitely listen to its lyrics. They make perfect sense.
The Song Titled "The World Is A Ghetto" By War
We all need to be practical as YouTuber Tragic Reality pointed out in his video above. Otherwise, reality will simply have a way of biting us all in the backside when we least expect it.
Join me in my mission. I'm your Spaceship Captain reporting to you.馃槂
