Artificial Intelligence Couldn't Care Less About Facts
In previous articles of mine, I have indicated that forensic psychiatrist Dr. Park Elliot Dietz was currently married to a woman named Anne Lucille Cohen Dietz. However, artificial intelligence ("AI") insists that Dr. Dietz has been single since 1998 when he divorced his first wife, Laura Helene Bekeart Dietz.
Two different magazine articles that I have read about Dr. Dietz state that he is currently married to an Anne Dietz. I asked AI about it in the Google search engine on Google Chrome, and AI alleged that the magazine articles could have been honest mistakes.
I still say that Dr. Dietz is on his second marriage. Not that I care about this man's happiness, because he has committed a number of transgressions against innocent people. Of course, that's another article for another time.
There have been a plethora of concerns about AI. If you saw the 1968 movie titled 2001: A Space Odyssey, you'll remember the mega-computer named HAL 9000 that was supposed to guide a group of astronauts on a mission to Jupiter, but later murdered everyone on the spacecraft except for one person. Movie director Stanley Kubreck was obviously warning us about the dangers of AI in a prophetic sense.
Not too long ago, I was in a doctor's office, having a conversation with a woman about all the problems that AI was causing. Aside from the rapid loss of jobs, this woman complained that AI was destroying our ecology.
At the same time, I'm not going to deny that AI is a valuable tool for doing a Google search. In any event, whatever source of information that AI digs up in cyberspace, you should still fact-check it inasmuch as there is no guarantee of its accuracy.
1. AI's Inaccurate Information About Marriage Laws Pertaining To Teenage Minors
What I find particularly annoying about AI on Google Chrome is that it goes as far as giving clearly inaccurate information to defend both the Puritanical Establishment and the criminal justice system's stance on the sex laws pertaining to teenage minors here in the United States. I've even caught AI contradicting itself on a number of occasions. Here is a good example of it below.
Because the Commonwealth of Virginia was one of the first state jurisdictions to attack teenage marriage legislatively, I asked AI whether an adult man could have sexual intercourse with a teenage minor in the Commonwealth of Virginia if he and that teenage minor were not domiciled in this state jurisdiction and had married each other in another state jurisdiction. Here was its answer below:
A marriage that is legally valid in the state or country where it was performed is generally recognized as valid in Virginia under the principle of comity, provided it does not violate fundamental public policy (such as bigamy or incest). However, being married does not automatically exempt an adult from criminal prosecution under Virginia's statutory rape, carnal knowledge, or sexual assault laws if the spouse is a minor.
After reading this same response from AI, I then asked it if an adult man marries a minor and they're both domiciled in a state jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Virginia, would moving to the Commonwealth of Virginia legally require them to have a celibate marriage until the underage spouse turned 18? Here was AI's answer to that same question of mine:
No, moving to Virginia does not legally convert an existing, valid out-of-state marriage into a "celibate marriage."
Then AI further responded:
Virginia law does not impose a retroactive "celibacy" requirement on a couple whose marriage was legally performed elsewhere, though criminal laws regarding sexual acts with minors (such as statutory rape or age-of-consent statutes under Code of Virginia § 18.2-61 and related provisions) interact complexly with marital status. Prosecutors and courts evaluate sexual conduct based on statutory definitions and whether a marriage is recognized as legally valid, which can raise serious criminal and child-protection liabilities depending on the exact ages and circumstances.
In other words, it appears that AI's above-cited response indicates that an adult man can have sexual intercourse with a teenage female minor in the Commonwealth of Virginia so long as he legally married her in another state in which he and the young girl were domiciled before they moved to the Commonwealth of Virginia. On the other hand, the initial answer that AI gave me to this same question appears to indicate that such a marriage would have to remain celibate until the girl turns 18 or an arrest would be made.
2. AI's Puritanical Defense Of American Statutory-Rape Laws And Related Stigmas
If you really want a good laugh at AI, you should ask it questions about all the stereotypes and junk science that surround age-gap relationships in which teenage girls get involved. AI becomes so desperate to put anything out there that it wants to make a lie look as though it were real. AI's responses are anything but impartial.
Instead of posing a question to AI about American statutory-rape laws and stigmas related to them, I typed in a statement in the exact-phrase search field of Google Search that read:
Most of these mental-health professionals, so to speak, that support statutory-rape laws and condemn age-gap relationships between teenage girls and adult men have dollar signs in their eyes.
This time AI provided me in return with a load of psychobabble, but it never cited any specific publications to support its puritanical drivel. Allow me to reply to each one of them. It stated:
The position of mainstream mental health, medical, and legal organizations is that statutory rape laws are necessary safeguards established to protect minors from sexual exploitation and abuse by adults.
I'm not claiming that toxic relationships between adult men and teenage girls don't exist. However, the problem I am having with these so-called experts is that they make generalizations about them that do not coincide with reality.
Whenever you point out to these so-called experts that there are age-gap relationships that teenage girls get involved in that are far more successful than same-age relationships that girls that young do so, these so-called experts have the perfect explanation to contradict you without really ever making any logical sense.
At the end of the day, the American statutory-rape laws in their present state cause more problems than they solve. While I'm all in favor of punishing adults that sexually harm prepubescent children under 11 years of age, a number of differing situations in age-gap relationships between teenage girls and adult men do not justify a one-size-fits-all policy toward them in the form of our social conventions or our criminal laws.
Police officers misuse these sex laws to abuse their power and authority. At the same time, many of these law-enforcement officials break these same laws themselves.
AI further stated:
Professional associations—including the American Psychological Association (APA), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and the World Health Organization (WHO)—base their standards on research regarding child and adolescent development.
This statement shows how stupid AI can get in answering these kinds of questions. The American Psychological Association ("APA") is in the doghouse for its mishandling of juvenile-justice-related topics pertaining to teenage sex and sex laws back in 1999. It should be renamed the American Pop Psychological Association, because it acts as a conduit between the public and junk science.
There were two young women back in 1999 that complained to the APA that when they were in their early-to-mid teens, they had sound, healthy relationships with noticeably older male sex partners and yet the law ran interference and the APA grossly misinterpreted the two scenarios.
I have an article about it buried away somewhere in my archives. If I find it, I'm going to do a written piece about it here on my PeakD channel. What is so laughable is that I tried to pull up this same information on AI, and AI couldn't even find it. It shows you how stupid AI can be and how unreliable it can be about finding important information about serious topics.
I find it very hard to believe that the World Health Organization ("WHO") would endorse American statutory-rape laws in their current state, because in recent years WHO has mirrored the American Psychiatric Association ("A. P. A.") in deeming adult men's sexual attraction to pubescent and adolescent girls as being normative. It looks as though AI pulled that one out of their backside.
It would be completely out of character for WHO to champion high statutory ages of consent, because many European nations set their statutory ages of consent at 14 years old and WHO has never expressed any kind of disapproval of it. In fact, WHO is headquartered in Switzerland where the statutory age of consent may be 16 years of age, but it is also where a person who gets convicted of statutory rape gets housed in a prison cell that looks like a hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton and gets a shorter sentence for it than in the United States.
I can't really comment on what the position of the American Academy of Pediatrics ("AAP") is regarding the harshness of American statutory-rape laws. I do know that it may not necessarily represent the stance of the world regarding statutory-rape laws.
In a YouTube video I was once watching about Mexico, this American woman who lived in Mexico explained that pediatricians stop treating underage patients once they enter puberty. I can imagine that this is likely the standard in other Spanish-speaking nations, and it could explain why the statutory age of consent is 14 years old or less in most Spanish-speaking nations.
So-called American experts do not speak the gospel truth about the integrity of statutory-rape laws in the United States or rather the lack thereof. The majority of these so-called experts are self-styled and have only talked the talk but have never walked the walk. I wouldn't doubt that most of them have had sheltered upbringings.
AI further stated:
While you are pointing out a skepticism regarding the financial motives of professionals within the mental health industry, the consensus supporting these legal and ethical guidelines is built upon a broad body of peer-reviewed developmental research aimed at safeguarding minor welfare.
Nice try, AI. However, I honestly don't believe that these know-it-alls are seeking to safeguard anything but their own pocketbooks. The child-abuse-prevention industry, so to speak, is a thriving multi-billion-dollar industry that cares nothing about the greater good.
These same people are talented at starting moral panics and misleading and even indoctrinating the public into believing that there is no difference between child molestation and cross-generational teenage relationships. They know what makes Americans tick and how to profit off of it. They have this one deluded pipedream that they can turn our nation into some kind of make-believe world of age-appropriate perfection and wholesome purity, when they are really causing massive poverty and distrust in our criminal justice system.
Most mental-health professionals do not make the best judges of character, especially when it comes to relationships inasmuch as many of them have faulty marriages and relationships themselves. Fraud and junk science are everywhere in both the medical and mental-health profession. The video below talks about how people got scammed when they were looking for a cure for Alzheimer's disease.
Desperate People Are Easily Deceived In The Medical Field
It's like the proverb that says that everything that glitters is not gold. AI is not the word of prophecy.
Furthermore, something being peer-reviewed doesn't always mean that it is flawless and truthful. Researchers have been known to bribe peer-review boards to endorse their so-called findings. We live in a chaotic world of self-appointed experts.
3. AI's Lust For Junk Science Regarding American Statutory-Rape Laws
In the above-described response that AI provided to me, it stated:
Developmental Differences: Research indicates that the adolescent brain, particularly the prefrontal cortex responsible for long-term planning and risk assessment, is still developing. This creates a significant developmental imbalance in relationships between teenagers and adults.
Strike one, AI! Such a developmental imbalance is a figment of the imagination in society's mind, because a gentleman named Dr. Robert Epstein has debunked this same contention about the prefrontal cortex responsible for long-term planning and risk assessment. If such a contention were true, we wouldn't have 13-year-old mathematical geniuses and 12-year-old musical prodigies.
Below is a video of Dr. Epstein in an interview in which he attacks the status quo's stance on teenage sexuality. He is a controversial individual, but he is also very knowledgeable in his field of expertise.
Dr. Robert Epstein Sharply Criticizes The Puritanical Perspective Regarding Teenage Sex In That Teenagers Are Not Prepubescent Children
Dr. Epstein could teach Fraidy Reiss of Unchained At Last and Jeanne Smoot of the Tahirih Justice Center a thing or two. He had no problem with teenage minors being legally able to get married anywhere in our nation back in 2010, and he'd likely be all on board with lawmakers legalizing underage teenage marriage, for a lack of a better term, everywhere in our nation once again. Let's not forget that the former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Ben Carson, revealed that when his parents got married, his mother was 13 years old and his father was 28 years old.
Yes, Dr. Epstein is a mental-health professional, but, unlike Dr. Park Elliot Dietz, he's one of the good guys. He's not seeking to humiliate or shame anyone.
AI further stated:
Power Dynamics: Adults inherently possess greater life experience, financial independence, and social authority. In a relationship with a minor, this asymmetry makes it difficult or impossible to establish equal consent, increasing the risk of coercion and psychological harm.
Strike Two, AI! None of these statements could be any further from the truth. There are many adult men in Generation Z that have never had a girlfriend and have never even dated. Conventional wisdom holds that a 23-year-old male spinster is not going to find the proverbial bluebird of happiness in the arms of a 35-year-old single mother who has three kids by three different fathers. Therefore, it's perfectly understandable why he would gravitate toward a high-school or even middle-school girl in search of love.
Many young adult men don't have greater financial independence than teenage schoolgirls, because the current job market is a major challenge for every young man in his twenties or older. Because American society promotes hypergamy here in our nation, it is impossible for a man and his partner not to have a relationship of unequal strength on a financial level.
Adult men and teenage girls do not necessarily have unequal social authority. An adult man could have no circle of friends and no real social life, whereas a 15-year-old girl could be at the top of the totem pole of popularity among her peers. If their paths should cross in a romantic manner, then the teenage girl will occupy the higher ground than the adult man in that respect.
Of course, don't try to argue any of these points with AI, because AI will always come back at you with the perfect explanation for disagreeing with you. AI doesn't care about the truth or the facts. It mirrors the bias and subjectivity of the elitist social order behind its creation and operation.
If we were to assume for the sake of argument and ONLY for the sake of argument that there was a greater risk for coercion and psychological harm in an age-gap relationship between an adult man and a teenage girl than in a same-age relationship, then it would only make sense that the statutory-rape laws in our nation would require that the prosecution met the burden of proving that coercion and psychological harm took place in such a relationship. However, it is as though a defendant in a statutory-rape case is always guilty until proven innocent here in our nation, and that is not true criminal justice.
If the statutory-rape laws are set up this way in Argentina, why can't elected officials set the statutory-rape laws up this way in the United States? It is though these laws have every ingredient for the establishment of a Fascist totalitarian police state.
AI further stated:
Long-Term Impact: Clinical studies consistently show that age-discrepant sexual relationships during adolescence are associated with higher rates of trauma, depression, anxiety, and difficulties forming healthy relationships later in life.
Strike three, AI! YOU'RE OUT! I'd be interested in knowing where these so-called clinical studies come from, because nobody can convince me that Bristol Palin was so much better off back when she was in a relationship with Levi Johnston than Melanie Griffith was back when she first entered into a relationship with Don Johnson.
When Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston first became an item, they were both 13 years of age. Mr. Johnston was cruel to Ms. Palin. In fact, he went as far as raping her when she was only 16 years old. He weaponized their child, Tripp, as a bargaining chip and neglected to pay Ms. Palin back child support for an extended period of time despite that he made good money off of posing for Playgirl magazine.
Ultimately Mr. Johnston got another woman, Sunny Oglesby, pregnant while he was engaged to marry Ms. Palin. Then he called off his wedding with Ms. Palin and publicly humiliated her as a result. He married Sunny Oglesby, and he continued to cause problems for Ms. Palin afterwards.
Since then, Ms. Palin has encountered a myriad of difficulties in her love life. Her marriage to Dakota Meyer ended in disaster after two kids and only two years. I think that it's safe to say that Mr. Johnston ruined her life.
Melanie Griffith, on the other hand, was 13 years old when she became romantically involved with Don Johnson, and he was 22 years old back then. While they were both together, they had nothing but good things to say about their relationship. I completely get it that their age-gap relationship came to fruition in different times than Ms. Palin's relationship with Mr. Johnston did.
Nevertheless, Ms. Griffith presents herself as a happy woman. She has three kids and a budding acting career. Even if her love life was not completely perfect, it was better than Ms. Palin's love life could ever have been. She had rewarding times with the men that she loved.
If you try to explain any of these facts to AI to contradict its malarkey against teenage girls being in age-gap relationships, AI will only throw another load of psychobabble at you and will do so with selective language and selective responses. It's dangerously convinced that it can never get anything wrong.
You simply cannot rely on AI to give you honest responses about the insanity of our nation's statutory-rape laws and our society's harsh stance on age-gap relationships between teenage girls and adult men. It doesn't know how to engage in critical thinking, because it doesn't have an actual brain.
AI reminds me of this one principle that my Word Processing teacher taught me and my classmates back in college. It was called GIGO. That is, Garbage In Garbage Out. AI cannot rationalize the reality of the facts. It is devoid of a human soul, and it has never walked in human skin.
4. Final Thoughts
It's hilarious that AI gets on the defensive about its misrepresentations. However, it is also a scary thought that prosecutors and experts for the prosecution may someday use AI in litigating frivolous and malicious statutory-rape cases here in the United States.
Individuals, particularly men, that fall victim to frivolous and malicious statutory-rape cases have enough of their own problems to deal with that the criminal justice system doesn't make their lives any easier when it comes down upon them for some of the stupidest reasons. Below is a video of Steven Robert Whitsett holding a video-recorded chat with a group of other individuals who have either been railroaded or treated unfairly by the criminal justice system in a sex-related case here in the United States.
Steven Robert Whitsett And Others Like Him Hold A Conversation On Camera To Exchange Valuable Information
Many of the people in the video above have expatriated from the United States to Europe, mainly to Germany. The oppressive sex laws in our nation are causing people to leave our nation for good, and not before long our economy is going to feel the impact of it. It is though our nation's governments are their own worst enemies.
AI's biggest sin is encouraging moral panics throughout the United States. It holds the adverse agenda that its designers intended for it to do so. It's all about mind control, and AI is at the center of it. The way we can fight back against it is by fact-checking everything that it sends our way.
Join me in my mission. I'm your Spaceship Captain reporting to you.😃
