Sorry for not replying to anyone messages just yet.
I am still very weak. Today I went for a short walk but I walked very slowly and weakly.
I am waiting for my emergency appointment at the ENT consultant which may take up to 12 weeks (FFS).
Just a light 4 mile walk today. I felt like an old man, I feel as weak as a child
But, I hope to get this shit fixed this year. 8 months I've waited, but so far the NHS has done nothing. It's a horrible feeling to be like this when I am used to being healthy and independend.
Thanks to everyone who has left a kind message. I will try to get well and keep you all posted.
