Good evening friends, I hope you had a great start of the week today, although for **Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp** it was not a good start, after the worldwide crash of their platform. I also use **Telegram** as a means of communication, so it didn't hit me much to spend the day without *WhatsApp**.
Today I wanted to go early to the municipal fish market to look for a fresh fish for lunch, and I found a fish that I had not seen before, it is called Futre also called Mondoque in other places and seeing that many people were buying it, I got curious, and I approached an older lady who was buying and I asked her how to eat this fish, she told me that this fish is delicious, She told me that this fish is delicious, that it is pure meat and that we can make it in fillets, spicy, stewed, that it is very versatile and the best thing is that it has no bones, she even told me that it had a flavor similar to chicken breast, so I got curious and bought it, the man who sells it prepared it for me, he removed the skin, the viscera and took out the fillets, and it really has no bones except the bone in the middle.
So I went home happy and looking forward to preparing the fillets to see how they were. I am one of those people who like to try new things so I didn't miss this opportunity and I prepared it as the lady told me *empanized* the first thing I did was to add salt and pepper to the Futre fillets.
Then in a bowl we beat an egg and add a little salt, and in another container we put breadcrumbs or flour and add a little salt and pepper, then we take the fillets and pass them through the egg and then through the flour.
In a frying pan with abundant oil, let it heat up. When the oil is hot, add the breaded fillets and let them brown, then turn them over to brown the other side.

When ready, remove from the oil and drain the excess oil or dry with paper towels.
I served the Futre fillets with white rice, shredded salad and avocado, I must say that these fillets taste delicious, I really liked the Futre. I will buy again to prepare it in another way.
