Un nuevo día
Saludos comunidad de #SWC, el día de hoy estuve mejorando mis combos de freestyle como mis estáticos en las siguientes fotos podrán ver todo lo que realice.
Estuve combinando el gienger y intentarlo combinar con 360 y 180, la rutina que realice hoy fue de straddle con 
Hicimos aguantes de straddle con ligas de mayor ayuda a menor hasta no aguantar más, la verdad llegamos al limite no pudimos hacer nisiquiera una handstand.

We did straddle holds with leagues from higher help to lower help until we couldn't hold any more, the truth is we reached the limit, we couldn't even do a handstand.
